Valentine's at LUSH Regent Street

Last week I was lucky enough to be invited to a blogger's event at LUSH Regent Street with the wonderful Rosie and Becca. The event was celebrating all things Valentine's as well as the release of their first book 'Danger! Cosmetics To Go', so tonight I thought I'd share a few snaps of my evening as well as my thoughts on their book and loved up collection. First of all the chance to peruse a LUSH store out of hours was a dream come true and I made sure to sniff and swatch away to my hearts content! Through all this exploring I actually found some new favourite items that just had to come home with me like their solid perfume in 'Vanillary' which looks like a push up pop and is great for smelling good on the go. I became very intrigued by their make up range too which is full of beautiful natural multi purpose products that I think I'll be adding to my collection soon, so let me know if you're a make up lushie and can recommend some gooduns! The absolute best thing about LUSH though has to be their limited edition holiday ranges (who didn't invest in multiple bottles of 'Snow Fairy' and piles of 'Candy Mountain' this Christmas?), so I was very excited to find out more about this year's February 14th offerings. I was actually very kindly given the collection in my goody bag so I'll go through all of it in a more detailed haul next week, but if you're compiling a hinty Valentine's wishlist for the boyfriend/yourself I'd really recommend including 'Prince Charming' shower gel (February's answer to snow fairy), the super pretty lavender scented 'Tisty Tosty' bath bomb featured in the first photo and 'The Kiss' tinted lip balm which will ensure your lips are in snoggable shape for next week! I was also rather happy to get my mitts on the new LUSH book and meet it's lovely author. I do love a good beauty book- and not just because it makes a pretty blog backgrounds- and I'm already really enjoying dipping into it before bed so I'd definitely recommend it if you love LUSH and want to know a bit more about it's story. And on that note I'm off to read a few more pages whilst having a heavily scented romantic bath for one...

Have you fallen for the LUSH Valentines collection?
